The Hunters Point Home Owners Association is self-managed by volunteers dedicating their time and efforts to maintaining the high-quality lifestyle of our community. Management is through a 5 member Board of Directors elected for three-year terms. In addition, the Board has established several committees, including the Architectural Committee, Covenant Enforcement, Fire Mitigation, Welcome, and Communications, to perform the functions needed to keep the community vibrant, property values high, and to meet the needs of Hunters Point owners.

The Association is managed in accordance with Colorado Law, the Covenants and Bylaws, and in accordance with Design Standards and Policy Letters which clarify management processes. The Association is always in need of new volunteers, and the Board welcomes all volunteers.

If you are interested in joining the Board or becoming a member of a committee please contact the Board President at

Association Covenants are enforced. All residents and contractors in Hunters Point are responsible for adhering to the community standards laid out in the Hunters Point Covenants and Design Standards. Owners are responsible for all activity on their property. Enforcement action ranges from a discussion with a member of the Covenant Enforcement Committee, to a warning, to fines for non-compliance. The Board encourages all residents to attempt to address potential covenant violations with the appropriate resident prior to getting the Covenant Enforcement Committee involved.
