BOARD MEMBERS & VOLUNTEERS

MANAGEMENT
The Hunters Point Home Owners Association is self-managed by volunteers dedicating their time and efforts to maintaining the high-quality lifestyle of our community. Management is through a 5 member Board of Directors elected for three-year terms. In addition, the Board has established several committees, including the Architectural Committee, Covenant Enforcement, Fire Mitigation, Welcome, and Communications, to perform the functions needed to keep the community vibrant, property values high, and to meet the needs of Hunters Point owners.
The Association is managed in accordance with Colorado Law, the Covenants and Bylaws, and in accordance with Design Standards and Policy Letters which clarify management processes. The Association is always in need of new volunteers, and the Board welcomes all volunteers
If you are interested in joining the Board or volunteering, please contact the President.
